Our Founder, CEO and Executive Chef, Patricia Simmonds and her amazing team, believe in providing you and your guests, the freshest and highest quality products that is available to us. Pat, originally from Jamaica is an award-winning chef, who has collected multiple blue ribbons for her Caribbean food all across the Eastern US! We are 100% Authentic from Jamaica and other parts of the Caribbean.
We also offer American, Hispanic, Italian and French flare and will cater to your specific menu and/or needs.
